VisualArt & Imaging is the trading arm of Molly van der Weij. Molly is an established visual artist who has worked the last decade mostly with visualizing and developing future perspectives on healthcare and telemedicine. She worked since 2000 as special consultant and leader of Telemedicine Futures Studies for the Norwegian Centre for Telemedicine until she moved to the UK in 2006.
VisualArt & Imaging is about using visuals as language

VisualArt & Imaging produces tools for development, communication and collaboration purposes. Where words only are being used to process, describe or explain (often abstract) things, confusion about proper meaning can arise easily, especially when project team or target group is multidisciplinary or multicultural. Wrong interpretations or conclusions caused by different points of view and cultural and professional backgrounds, especially where jargon is used, can be prevented by making things or ideas visual. By doing so one defines them, makes them more concrete hence better manageable.
VisualArt & Imaging is associated to St. Andrews Management Institute (SAMI Consulting) in London. SAMI Consulting is owned by the University & Fellows. SAMI as organization consist of eight Fellows, four Principals, and twenty Associates with specialist expertise. SAMI Consulting builds on a vast library of data/sources/networks and a wide understanding of methods and tools. SAMI bridges between futurists and decision makers using a range of tools & techniques to provide future proofing of the decision making process for public, private & NGO organisations in the UK and internationally.
